Who is Fountainhead Staffing?
Fountainhead Staffing, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, specializes in the placement of Accounting and Finance professionals. The founding partner is an experienced CPA with both "Big 4" public accounting experience as well as private industry accounting experience. The associates at Fountainhead Staffing possess a combined total of over 30 years experience in the recruiting profession.

John Spencer, CPA

Before founding Fountainhead Staffing in 2001, John spent 17 years in the recruiting industry with Source Services Corporation (later known as Kforce). Starting in 1984, John received promotions to Product Manager, Branch Manager, Managing Director, and then ultimately Regional Vice-President for all Finance and Accounting operations throughout the Southwest Region. During this period, John managed 9 offices in Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada, supervising a staff of approximately 100 people.

John started his accounting career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and later served as Assistant Corporate Controller with Dole Citrus. John is a graduate of the Accounting Honors Program at Penn State.

Beth Hansen

Beth Hansen has been a professional accounting and finance recruiter in the valley since 1995. She is a graduate of Arizona State University where she earned her BSBA with an emphasis in Marketing.

Prior to entering the recruiting field, Beth worked as a national account manager and later customer service manager for Rodel Products, a valley leader of surface preparation products for the semiconductor industry.

Before joining Fountainhead Staffing in 2004, Beth founded and ran her own firm, AZ Search Resources, LLC for three years. Previously, Beth started up two successful offices in Phoenix for two different national accounting and finance staffing firms.

Fabien Bertault

Fabien Bertault was raised in Paris, France and moved to New York in 1996 after graduating in Finance from EDHEC Business School. After working on Wall Street for 5 years, he moved his family to Phoenix, Arizona because of 9/11 (they lived one block away from the World Trade Center).

Before joining Fountainhead Staffing in 2013, Fabien worked at Advanced Resource Group for 7 years where he helped launch their temporary staffing division and expand the firm's recruiting services into new markets.

Fabien is also the founder of Power Networking, a marketing platform that has helped businesses connect and promote their services since 2003.

Kim Mishler

Before joining Fountainhead Staffing as Office Manager, Kim Mishler provided support services and office management at the executive level for over 20 years.

She worked at Galler Hospitality Systems in 1982 and later for Fujitsu Systems in 1985. At Fujitsu Systems she worked directly with the Senior Vice President of Software Development, and supported an organization of over 200 people.

Most recently, in 1994, Kim was the Corporate Office Manager at the Los Angeles headquarters of Central Rents, Inc., a national rent-to-own company. In this capacity, she handled the corporate office management function, supporting a staff of some 70+ people, and acted as a headquarters liaison for the over 275 Central Rents store managers located throughout the United States.
